 Donation coordination is included; junk removal services are coordinated separately

through third-party vendors.

Supplies and organizing products are billed separately unless otherwise specified.

 A 50% deposit is required to reserve project dates.

Communication support between sessions is intended for project continuity and planning

and does not include unlimited on-demand availability.

Packages are designed to support steady, sustainable progress rather than perfection

within a single session or phase.

Unused hours expire after the designated package window unless otherwise approved in

writing

Legacy and memorabilia services are specialized archival projects and are not included

within standard package pricing structures. Due to the highly customized, time-intensive,

and emotionally significant nature of this work, archival sessions are billed separately at

the standard professional rate unless otherwise specified in writing.

Projects involving renovations, relocations, medical circumstances, or major life

transitions may be eligible for flexible extensions on a case-by-case basis.
